1 Roxborough West by North Drive Developments
In the desirable area of Rosedale, Summerhill, North Drive Developments is set to bring us 1 Roxborough West – a project that has just been announced.
Though limited information is available at this time, so far we know that the building plans are designed by Reflect Architecture. The development will house 30 residential units, with 5 retail spaces on the ground level and 4 commercial office spaces on the 2nd floor.
This boutique-sized building will offer a mix of floor plans including 2 one-bedroom suites, 10 two-bedroom suites and 18 three-bedroom suites. On the South side of the building, there are plans for both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
Prices are still to be determined and released but stay tuned as we will share new information on this development as it becomes available.
ANX by Freed Developments
From the award-winning development company, Freed, located at 328 Dupont Street, near Spadina Road in The Annex, location is the name of the game at ANX. The proposed building is moments from U of T, Dupont Station, TTC Transit and George Brown College, to say nothing of the numerous restaurants, shops and essential services nearby, making it appealing to a number of potential buyers, as well as investors looking to lease the unit to students. Within the 13 storeys, 85 suites will feature a variety of styles and layouts. They have proposed 5 one-room suites, 54 two-room suits and 25 three-room suites of typical size.
